Hi, I’m Ann Goodman
LMFT, founder of Vita Healing Therapy.
I’m truly honored that you’re considering me as part of your journey.
Whether you’re facing challenges in your relationships, dealing with personal struggles, or seeking to enhance your overall we’ll-being, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Clinical Approach
Clinical Approach
Therapy with me is a space to slow down and make sense of what’s been weighing on you.
You’ll start to recognize the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships and learn how to shift them with more awareness and ease.
I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method to help couples communicate more clearly and reconnect in ways that feel natural, not forced.
With individuals, I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you untangle unhelpful thoughts and build practical coping skills.
My goal is for you to leave each session feeling grounded, understood, and supported, with insight you can reflect on and tools you can actually use in daily life.
Why Vita Healing Therapy
Vita means “life” in Latin, a reminder that healing isn’t just about getting past pain, it’s about reclaiming your full, living self.
Therapy here is about more than solving problems; it’s about helping you feel alive, connected, and at home in your own life again.
